I am trying to lose weight and these recipes are wonderful.I loved the recipes of this book. They are easy to produce and taste delicious. As i have been using it for a while, i think the recipes are very good for health and keep weight in control. Zero point recipes will definitely be a great help.

I wanted an Instant Pot cookbook with healthy recipes but out of the 73 recipes included in this book only 50 of them use an Instant Pot. The other 23 use the stove top, oven or other options. In the beginning you have to wait until pg 9 before there is a recipe that actually uses an Instant Pot. Nothing on the cover of the book indicates that there are other recipes in addition to Instant Pot ones. I also found several mistakes in the book like the recipe for Yummy Vegetable Soup which has 4 cups of vegetable stock in the list of ingredients but never tells you when to add it in the instructions. Even the back cover has typos! I am very disappointed with this cookbook and will be returning it.

Cook chicken, stew or pasta ... great ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I like that the instructions are written simply and due to this difficulty in the cooking does not arise. I love cooking in my instant pot and I'm glad to keep this book in my Kindle library.

This book contains a lot of new and effective information about Weight Watchers. I know that the whole part of the book is very beautiful. When I started reading the book, I realized that the book was really great written.
