Jeff Palmer grew up in Palm Springs, California where he discovered his love for the ocean, the sun and suntanned bodies. An amazing photo book and great conversation piece.

beautiful photos, i liked quite a few and some not so much. but on the whole beautiful, sexy and soothing too.
