Volume 2 covers Exodus (Shemoth) Chapter 20:1 - 17. Each word in the verses is transliterated and translated and the morphology is given (root word, part of speech, suffixes, prefixes, etc.) If the reader (student) pays close attention and invests adequate time this book will be of considerable help in advancing knowledge of Biblical Hebrew. However, Learn to Read Biblical Hebrew Vol. 1 should be a prerequisite study. If one is willing to give serious attention to the book it is a great investment for learning basic Biblical Hebrew.
The best "Hebrew" for learning Biblical Hebrew that I have bought. After learning some nouns and a few other parts of speech, I needed something to encourage me as I learned to "conjugate" verbs, etc. This book was just what I needed. It "encourages" as I work through Biblical selections in translation with different verbs. Excellent, simple, and meaningful explanations just at the right place. I love it !!!!
All of Jeff Benner's books are well-written, easy to understand. This is the best way to learn the Hebrew from the book of Exodus (Shemot) as quickly and easily as possible.I cannot say enough good things about Jeff Benner - if you've ever read his books, or newsletter, or visited his Ancient Hebrew Research Center website, you know what I mean.

I have the first volume also and volume two is also very helpful and gives special notes for unusual occurrences in the language.
