Its a great concept however just a few issues:1. The outside says SHRM-CP on the labeling, however the flashcards themselves say SHRM-CP and SCP so I feel like I'm not focusing on the material I need for my test.2. There are A LOT of spelling errors and typo's. They need to be more careful on these type of errors considering they're supposed to be educational ...3. I just wish the cards were thicker or laminated. They're a little flimsy.
Helpful, overall good product. A bit annoying that they aren't already cut, you have to tear them apart. Spent 15 minutes doing this when I could have been studying instead. I also wish that this was just SHRM-CP material like I thought it would be, I feel as though I'm spending time on material that isn't as important. On the other hand, I can use these should I chose to advance my certification.
I've used other Mometrix products that were well made, but this particular product has multiple issues. There are some spelling errors, numbered lists on the front of the cards only have #1 and the remaining numbers are missing, and print on the back of the cards occasionally runs off the bottom of the card. Poor quality control. I'm very disappointed in this product.
I wish it were possible to give zero stars for this product and their studying system. The content provided was outdated, I just took the SHRM-CP exam to find that all the material in the exam was not included in these note cards. Do not purchase
I have gone through the SHRM-CP Exam Flashcard purchased from your organization a couple of weeks ago and I must confess that it is indeed, money well spent! It is a MUST for anyone wishing to write the SHRM-CP exams to grab a copy. The Flashcards are well detailed and thoroughly prepared to cover every content of the SHRM-CP exams. The most interesting thing about it is the ease and simplicity in reading the Flashcards. Moreso, it is easier to carry about and read anywhere. Without any reservation, I recommend this Flashcard to ALL. Thank you greatly for this wonderful book!
Did not help me at all during the exam.
After much research for a more affordable yet still reliable SHRM-CP study system, this was one of the only flash card systems available with a good review. Despite a few noticeable typoes, the content itself is solid. The fact that I had to validate and look up those terms in my HR text books, I think help commit those concepts to memory and pass the SHRM-CP exam on first try. I used these flashcards and access to as many of the SHRM practice exams I could get. I self-studied diligently over a 2 month period and successfully passed the exam this past Friday!
I really like this product. Normally I use flashcards when I study so to have them already put together is a great benefit. I truly think this product will help me pass the test. Additionally, I like that the flashcards are divided by subject - People, Organization, Workplace and Strategy. This helps prioritize where I need to study.
