This is simply a tiny flip book, divided into sections, so you can flip to assessment questions, then medicine statements, etc. Unlike all of the other "made easy" books I love, this teaches nothing, only serves as a resource.For the price, it is not what I expected.
As an EMT who has (sadly) seemed to forget several years worth of Spanish courses - and now finding myself dealing with a great deal of the Spanish-speaking public - this is exactly what was needed!This quick reference guide DOES have some conjugation errors (please refer to Chris' review below for specifics), but overall it has (most of) the specific phrases I need to be able to communicate the facts (& in many cases, time is critical!). This makes it essential to have with me on the day-to-day.What was unclear (before I looked at Chris' photos) is whether or not it was the same spiral-bound, with plastic coated pages, pocket version I have seen in stores ..and it is - that makes it the perfect size to either slide in a pocket or put in one of the small pockets of my jump bag. Great product, arrived in the exact time frame expected. Thanks!
This is a great book for ALL healthcare providers to carry. It has assessment questions and almost any word that you could need when asking questions during an H&P. The entire campus uses them now-- that's how good they are!
I would like to start by saying that I am fluent in Spanish, and I find that it helps to supplement those phrases or words that don't come to mind. It is really small so it fits in your pocket! Would definitely recommend to new speakers and fluent speakers as well.
Its great for improving vocab. However I was a bit disappointed it doesn't really teach you spanish. And its not a book or more like a flip pad.
